We thought it was about time we brought another wine event to the TA and we’re thrilled to announce our first Pinot Wine Dinner! 🍷

Enjoy a decadent 3-course dinner with 7 carefully selected Pinot Noir tastings, including Ministry Of Clouds, Shaw and Smith and Ashton Hills. Hosted by Henry Doyle and Brendan Carter from ‘Wine for the People’, indulge in a delicious meal and immerse yourself in the world of Pinot Noir!

Chargrilled quail, harissa honey, saffron labneh, Persian rice

 

MAIN

Chargrilled swordfish, white bean, ancient grain and Swiss chard ragout, vongole sauce

Crackling pork belly, caramelised sweet potato and turmeric puree, watermelon radish, lychee salsa

 

DESSERT

Salted chocolate tart, hazelnut praline, Chantilly cream, fresh forest fruits
